Emily Allison, dyrygentka Wokalistka jazzowa, kompozytorka i aranżerka Emily Allison jest dyrygentką Sing Out i mieszka w Brukseli od 2009 roku. Uzyskała tytuł magistra śpiewu jazzowego w Koninklijk Conservatorium w Brukseli i została nagrodzona w konkursie Brussels Jazz Marathon „Jeunes Talents”. Emily współtworzyła zespoły LIFT (album 2014), Songs of Old (album 2020), Treehouse Days (album 2025), a także śpiewała w paryskiej grupie wokalnej EXEKO. You'll have the chance to hear them in exceptional arrangements, performed not by one, but two fantastic queer choirs! ? Performers: ? Voces Gaudii – the first Polish LGBTQ+ choir ? Sing Out Brussels! – an energetic queer choir from Belgium that knows how to put on a show! ? The event will be hosted by Ewa Aniela Gryczon and Artur Majer. Like Brussels itself, Sing Out has a highly international identity, with members coming from more than 20 countries and speaking 15 different languages. Their album School's Out, available on all platforms, was released last year. The choir is also organising the Various Voices Festival in June 2026, bring over 120 LGBTQ+ choirs from Europe and beyond to the EU capital. Emily Allison, Sing Out Brussels! musical director Jazz singer, composer and arranger Emily Allison is our conductor and has been based in Brussels since 2009. She holds a Master’s in Jazz Singing from the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels and was awarded at the Brussels Jazz Marathon ‘Jeunes Talents’ competition. Emily co-created the bands LIFT (2014 album), Songs of Old (2020 album), Treehouse Days (2025 album), and also sang in Parisian vocal group EXEKO.
